EAST END, AR (Saline 911 News) – On Wednesday, January 23rd, Saline County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) deputies and detectives responded to the 2000 block of Lorance Dr. in the East End Community for a report of a shooting involving two victims.
Deputies arrived and found a 23 year-old woman and her one month-old daughter had been shot inside their home. Deputies provided first aid to the woman and infant, and they were then transported by ambulance to area hospitals.
At the time of this release, the mother of the infant has been released from the hospital after receiving treatment for superficial injuries only. The infant remains hospitalized but is said to have non-life-threatening injuries.
